dual relays power fan. note how the dual wire is attached so a single heavy gauge wire to fan or main power or grounds. all color coded. green=gnd, red=power, fuselinks are gray/black.

ABS over flow tank on AD. thin rubberr support between the radiator and frame where you see the bolt next to the ABS cap. the rad has a square tube that i can attach to w/ this bolt.

2inch ABS pipe is now an overflow tank on my AD. radiator water enters at bottom, overflow @ top to axle area.

drivers bed pocket has support tab and rubber foot under to protect rail. tie down has black tape under strap so it won't rattle is attached to rail.

the astro van seat needed a lift in the rear attachment to raise and match the seat angles w/ the stock AD seat angles. I'm using a wood spacer, note the enlarged holes for the seat frame, anchor bolts are 14mm rear and 8mm front

i could not find long enough metric bolts to use to hold the stock AD seat frame to the astro van seat. these are couplers that i have used to extend the bolts.14mm and 8mm

the 90's ford astro 3rd seat has a gap that needs to be covered. these two straps will do just that.

this is a dual functional clearance, two elements - one is wired as a clearance lamp while the other is a blinker lamp.

Fan switch NAPA#8750 is located just above the double ^^. When water is 190 degrees the switch closes to ground which is connected to the two fan relays closing those relays to operate the fan to ''ON''.
